CHERP has been at the forefront of HSR&D efforts to expand Veteran engagement in health services research since 2015. On September 5, The Veterans Community Advisory (VCAB) at CHERP's Philadelphia site will host a Veterans Research Town Hall at the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center. Veterans and staff will learn about how research benefits Veterans and VA healthcare in critical areas including traumatic brain injury, sleep apnea and prostate cancer.
